Generally we collect information about an individual by way of application form filled out by you, discussion, meetings, and telephone calls during and after the course of the event.

• We collect the information to provide the information about the event and the participant's registration status.
• We also provide information on day to day administrative activities and competitions of the event.

The success of every business relationship depends on trust and we do not reveal any personal information outside Mekathlon which we collect from you. We are committed to keeping personal information secure and have appropriate technical, physical and administrative procedures in place to protect personal information from loss, misuse or alteration.

Mekathlon has the right to, at any time, change, or modify the terms and conditions applicable to the use of this website and that of any sub-websites. Such changes or modifications shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof, which may be given by any means necessary in order to provide the most accurate and effective information possible. The Mekathlon Committee will post substantive changes to this policy at least thirty (30) days before such changes take effect. Any information the Mekathlon Committee and/or Mekathlons collects under the current website privacy policy will remain subject to the terms of this website privacy policy. After any changes take effect, all new information the Mekathlon Committee and/or Mekathlons collects, if any, will be subject to the new policy.
